Our client is a US-based Financial CRM Product Company revolutionizing how financial institutions manage client relationships, compliance, and data-driven decision-making. As part of their expansion, they are setting up a Global Capability Center (GCC) in Chandigarh to drive innovation, product excellence, and engineering scale.

Youll be joining a high-impact global product team that is building scalable and intelligent CRM solutions for the Fintech and Financial Services sector, leveraging AI, data analytics, and cloud-based architectures.

Position Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager with a strong background in Financial Technology (FinTech) and CRM product management. The ideal candidate should have a proven record of leading end-to-end product strategy, translating business goals into product roadmaps, and collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams across geographies.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the product vision, defining the roadmap, and building a world-class Financial CRM platform that empowers financial advisors, wealth managers, and institutions to deliver superior client experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Financial CRM product suite.

- Collaborate closely with stakeholders in the US and India to align business goals with product objectives.

- Translate customer and market insights into detailed product requirements, PRDs, and feature specifications.

- Lead end-to-end lifecycle management of CRM product modules from conceptualization to delivery.

- Work closely with engineering, UX, and QA teams to ensure timely product delivery and quality.

- Prioritize features using data-driven insights, customer feedback, and market trends.

- Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success to drive adoption and measure product impact.

- Define and track KPIs, product performance metrics, and ROI on new feature releases.

- Conduct competitive analysis and identify opportunities for differentiation.

- Act as the voice of the customer to ensure the product delivers value to end users.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, data privacy, and security standards.

- Mentor and guide junior product team members within the GCC.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of total experience, with at least 4+ years in Product Management.

- Strong domain expertise in FinTech, WealthTech, or Financial CRM products.

- Proven experience in defining and launching enterprise SaaS or B2B CRM platforms.

- Solid understanding of financial workflows, client onboarding, KYC, portfolio management, or advisory tools.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.

- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven product decisions (KPIs, metrics, dashboards).

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across distributed teams.

- Exposure to US Financial Markets and working with global product teams is highly preferred.

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or Business Management.

Good to Have :

- Experience working with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, HubSpot CRM, or other CRM ecosystems.

- Familiarity with AI/ML-based customer insights, data visualization, or workflow automation.

- Understanding of API integrations, data security, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).

- Prior experience in setting up or working with GCC teams.

- MBA from a top-tier institute (preferred but not mandatory).
