About the Role :

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager with strong domain knowledge in Energy & Commodities Trading (ETRM/CTRM) and hands-on understanding of Openlink Endur.

In this role, you will work directly with clients to deliver value-driven product roadmaps, innovative solutions, and influential business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for Openlink Endur

- Define product strategy, vision, and roadmap aligned to business objectives

- Partner with global clients to understand requirements & propose solutions

- Create PRDs, BRDs, user stories & functional specifications

- Work with Engineering, QA, UX to ensure timely and quality product delivery

- Conduct workshops, demos, requirement-gathering, and UAT sessions

- Manage and influence stakeholders across functions & geographies

- Mentor junior PMs/Analysts and share best practices

- Support pre-sales - RFPs, proposals, solutioning

- Identify process innovation and improvement opportunities

Required Experience & Skills :

- 8 - 14 years in Product Management / BA / Strategy

- Strong domain expertise in ETRM / CTRM

- MUST have hands-on knowledge of Openlink Endur

- Deep understanding of the commodities trading lifecycle - Power, Gas, LNG, Crude, etc.

- Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams

- Strong stakeholder & client engagement skills

- Excellent communication, analytical & presentation skills

Good To Have :

- Experience with Allegro / RightAngle / EKA

- MBA - Strategy / Energy Preferred

- Pre-sales experience

- Exposure to multi-region global delivery setups
