About the Role :

As the VP of Product & Engineering, you will be the driving force behind our product vision, technical strategy, and execution. You will lead a high-performing team of product managers, engineers, and designers to deliver innovative, scalable, and revenue-generating CPaaS and AI-driven solutions. This role demands a strategic leader who can balance long-term vision with hands-on execution, foster cross-functional collaboration, and drive business growth through technology, this is your chance to shine.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

1. Product Leadership :

- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Helo.ai's CPaaS and AI platforms.

- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and scaling, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Architect API-first, microservices-based systems capable of handling high-concurrency workloads.

- Embed AI/ML tools into product development workflows to enhance efficiency and innovation.

2. Business Growth & Revenue Diversification :

- Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities (e.g., strategic partnerships with Google, Meta).

- Own FY24-25 roadmaps, ensuring 95%+ on-time delivery and measurable business impact.

- Scale platform capabilities to support enterprise-grade clients.

3. Team & Operational Excellence :

- Lead and mentor a 65+ member org (product, engineering, QA, design) .

- Institutionalize SOPs, KPIs, and automation to streamline operations and governance.

- Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and accountability using Agile methodologies.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Partner with C-suite, sales, and marketing to align product strategy with business objectives.

- Work closely with Scrum Masters, engineering leads, and stakeholders to resolve bottlenecks and ensure seamless execution.

5. Performance & Innovation :

- Monitor and optimize platform uptime (99.9999%), throughput, and scalability.

- Leverage frameworks like JTBD, RICE, Kano to prioritize features and resources.

- Continuously improve product positioning, pricing, and GTM strategies based on market feedback.

Education :

- Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Engineering, CS, or related field (MBA preferred).

Experience :

- 9+ years in product and engineering leadership, with 5+ years in CPaaS, APIs, or cloud platforms.

- Proven track record of platform efficiency (30%+ improvement), and team leadership (50+ members).

- Hands-on experience with microservices, AI/ML integration, and high-throughput systems.

Skills :

- Strategic Thinking : Ability to translate vision into executable roadmaps.

- Technical Depth : Strong grasp of API architecture, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.

- Business Acumen : Expertise in P&L management, partnerships, and GTM strategies.
