As the Senior Product Manager at Phenom People, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and launch of our AI-powered candidate experience product.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, design, sales, and marketing to deliver a best-in-class, intelligent candidate experience that leverages machine learning (ML), natural language processing (NLP), and predictive analytics to align with our companys vision and goals.

What You'll Do :

- Conduct market research and gather insights to understand customer needs and preferences, especially opportunities where AI can add measurable value.

- Demonstrate proficiency in working with AI and ML-based products, understanding model capabilities, limitations, and ethical implications.

- Develop and maintain a data-driven product roadmap that integrates AI technologies such as recommendation systems, conversational AI, and generative AI aligned with the companys strategy and goals.

- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers and data scientists to define product requirements, evaluate model performance, and prioritize features that enhance personalization and automation.

- Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality execution, and scalable AI architecture.

- Conduct A/B testing, model validation, and user testing to gather feedback and continuously improve the AI-driven candidate experience.

- Monitor product performance using AI metrics (precision, recall, F1 score, model accuracy) and make data-driven decisions to optimize and enhance the product.

- Stay updated on AI/ML trends, emerging frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face), and competitor innovations to identify opportunities for differentiation.

- Communicate product updates, AI roadmap progress, and key insights to internal stakeholders and external clients.

- Mentor and guide junior product team members, fostering growth in AI product management skills and data literacy.

What You've Done :

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in AI/ML, HR tech, or recruitment industries.

- Proven experience with AI product lifecycle managementfrom model ideation to production deployment and continuous improvement.

- Familiarity with B2B SaaS, customer management, data pipelines, user research, and competitive analysis.

- Experience collaborating with engineering teams on deeply technical systems, ML model integration, and scalable backend architecture.

- Hands-on understanding of AI/ML concepts, including machine learning algorithms, NLP, recommendation systems, predictive analytics, and large language models (LLMs).

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a bias for action, customer empathy, and ethical AI practices.

- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing AI-driven or data-intensive products from ideation to launch.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into business value.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related field
