Job description:

- Driving digitalization and transformation projects, supporting global processes and launching new tools

- Overviewing product cost and budget as well as managing of the external staff including procurement and provider management

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient system solutions

- Implementing changes and configuring system

- Partner with all stakeholders to manage product roadmaps and backlogs, ensuring that the product team delivers capabilities on time, on budget and per expectation.

- Manage delivery processes including requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing

- Work across teams and global locations in a seamless way to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization

- Monitor and evaluate product compliance and performance to facilitate continuous iteration and improvement

- Setting up strategical product architecture based on the requirements and standards of Munich RE.

Your profile:

- University degree preferably in Computer engineering / IT, Business Administration, Liberal Arts, Social Sciences or similar qualification

- 6+ years product management experience working in a regulated industry such as Financial Services. Digital product management experience is an asset.

- Several years of very good SAP application experience, especially in SuccessFactors (EC, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Payroll, etc.)

- Strong understanding of technology with the ability to understand and articulate customer problems, solutions, and possible impacts

- Act as a reliable partner for HR department

- Demonstrated ability to adhere the security guidelines and best practices. Collaborate with ISO community to ensure that issues are addressed when identified

- Preferably, you are already ITIL or Scrum certified or have the readiness to pursue one with our support

- Self-organized and proactive attitude

- Fluency in English
