Responsibilities :
- Drive scale-up strategy by identifying and solving operational bottlenecks before they become constraints.
- Ship fast, iterate faster, launch MVPs in 2-week sprints, gather field feedback in real time, and pivot based on ground truth (not assumptions).
- Build farmer-to-farmer products that unlock viral growth loops (e. g., self-service onboarding, peer referrals, marketplace dynamics).
- Own the end-to-end product roadmap for farmer-facing products, agent management systems, and AI-powered automation platforms.
- Build 01 products in uncharted territory from AI chatbots for farmer onboarding (WhatsApp/voice) to computer vision pipelines for automated QA/QC of 20M+ agricultural data points.
- Create scalable farmer engagement systems that reduce agent dependency while maintaining data quality.
Requirements :
- 8-10 years of product management experience at high-growth startups (Series A-C) or top-tier ops-oriented tech companies, with a demonstrable track record of owning P and L-impacting products.
- Proven 10x+ scaling experience quantifiable evidence of taking products from early traction to market leadership (users, revenue, GMV, or operational scale).
- Experience navigating hypergrowth inflection points and systematically resolving bottlenecks.
- Exceptional executive communication skills, regular experience presenting to C-suite
- Ability to synthesize complex technical/operational trade-offs into clear strategic recommendations
- Capable of defending decisions under scrutiny and pivoting based on leadership feedback.
- Engineering-level technical fluency proficiency in SQL for complex queries and data analysis
- Ability to review API specifications, database schemas, and architectural diagrams
- Comfortable contributing to technical design reviews and debugging production issues with engineering teams.
- Platform thinking and API design experience building extensible platforms, defining API contracts, and designing for multi-sided ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of how backend architecture enables or constrains product possibilities.
