About the Role :


We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and can lead product initiatives from concept to execution. You will be responsible for driving the product roadmap, defining strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver products that delight users and create business impact.

Key Responsibilities :


- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.

- Own end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, development, launch, and iteration.

- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, operations, and business stakeholders to build and deliver features on time.

- Develop and implement go-to-market (GTM) strategies and ensure successful product launches.

- Analyze user behavior, feedback, and market trends to continuously improve the product.

- Prioritize features, manage product backlog, and define clear product requirements.

- Drive decision-making using data, customer insights, and business goals.

- Be a product evangelist-internally and externally-to ensure alignment and visibility.

Key Requirements :


- 8 - 11 years of total experience with at least 4+ years in a core product management role.

- Strong experience in e-commerce, B2C, or B2B product domains is highly preferred.

- Proven ability to define product strategies and translate them into actionable plans.

- Deep understanding of agile methodologies and product development frameworks.

- Exceptional skills in roadmap planning, GTM strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven mindset.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; MBA is a plus.
