Senior Product/Engineering Manager

Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product or Engineering Manager with deep expertise in cloud infrastructure and a strong track record of leadership within the credit card or financial services industry. The ideal candidate will drive strategy, execution, and delivery of scalable, secure, and reliable cloud solutions while fostering a high-performing engineering culture.

This role requires a unique combination of technical acumen, hands-on cloud experience, and proven leadership in agile, product-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage cross-functional teams responsible for designing, building, and maintaining cloud infrastructure products

- Define and execute product and technology roadmaps aligned with business and customer needs

- Partner with architecture, DevOps, and product teams to drive cloud-native modernization initiatives

- Ensure scalability, reliability, and security across all cloud-based platforms

- Drive engineering excellence through best practices in CI/CD, DevOps, automation, and monitoring

- Promote Agile/SAFe methodologies to enhance delivery velocity and quality

- Collaborate with stakeholders across business, compliance, and technology functions to ensure alignment and delivery success

- Mentor and develop engineering talent, fostering innovation and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications :

- 12+ years of experience in Product Management or Engineering Management roles within technology organizations

- 5+ years of experience working in SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks

- Deep understanding of AWS services and architecture patterns, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, and container services (ECS/EKS)

- Strong hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as CloudFormation or Terraform

- Solid technical foundation in software development and DevOps engineering

- Proven experience leading and scaling cloud infrastructure teams and projects

- Strong management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

- Experience working in the credit card or financial services domain with a focus on secure, compliant, and scalable architectures

Preferred Skills :

- Experience implementing multi-cloud or hybrid cloud strategies

- Familiarity with Kubernetes, serverless architectures, and API management frameworks

- Deep understanding of security and compliance standards (e.g., PCI DSS, SOC2)

- Ability to influence at executive levels and align technology strategy with business goals
