Were looking for an experienced Sr. Product Engineer to drive product development, governance, and GTM strategy for global electronic payment products (e.g., Real-Time Payments). This role partners with global stakeholders to deliver product enhancements, ensure compliance, and manage product risk.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead global product initiatives aligned with product & tech strategy

- Act as Global Product Owner manage backlog, prioritize delivery, track risks & benefits

- Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Risk, and Market Infrastructure teams

- Support product strategy, commercialization, and market expansion

- Drive business financial objectives, operational efficiency & risk management

- Conduct market research to define next-gen payment solutions

- Ensure globally consistent product offerings & rationalization

Leadership & Collaboration :

- Influence cross-functional global teams without direct authority

- Mentor junior product managers

- Strong stakeholder management & communication skills

What You Bring :

- 12+ years in Transaction Banking / Payments Product Management

- Experience in product commercialization, solution design, business cases, and process improvement

- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills

- Experience in large-scale global product delivery preferred
