Senior Product Engineer - Neo4j Platform

Key Responsibilities :

- Administer and manage the Neo4j platform including HA architecture, clustering, and LDAP-based authentication.

- Support data ingestion, transformation, and modeling to enable seamless access for data analysts and scientists.

- Implement encryption solutions and disaster recovery for Neo4j.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate diverse data sources and ensure data quality.

- Manage platform monitoring, job scheduling, and health checks.

- Contribute to automation and DevOps pipeline initiatives.

Required Skills :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in managing Neo4j platforms.

- Experience in graph-based data science, embedding, or graph neural networks.

- Strong working knowledge of Linux OS, networking fundamentals (firewalls, ports).

- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS (S3, Redshift), Azure, or GCP.

- Familiarity with DevOps tools and SAFe/agile environments.

- Understanding of operations, observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).
