Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer Product Development to design, develop, and deliver scalable, high-performance software products. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in software engineering, product development, system design, and modern development frameworks. You will collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to build innovative solutions that drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and reliable software products and applications.

- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.

- Build robust backend services, APIs, and microservices while ensuring high performance and availability.

- Translate business and product requirements into technical solutions.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.

- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to maintain engineering excellence.

- Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.

- Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, software development methodologies, and quality processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- 6-11 years of experience in software/product development.

- Strong programming experience in one or more languages such as Java, Python, C#, Go, or Node.js.

- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.

- Hands-on experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, or similar.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Experience with Git, CI/CD tools, and Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in product-based organizations.

- Exposure to event-driven architectures and messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.

- Knowledge of system scalability, performance tuning, and security best practices.

- Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineering teams.
