Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in crafting intuitive, visually compelling, and easy-to-use interfaces for our Android and iOS applications. The role will involve designing user-friendly interfaces, crafting micro-animations and transitions, and contributing to the creation of prototypes and visual design assets in Figma.

Responsibilities :

- User-Centered Design : Advocate for the end-user throughout the design process, ensuring that every design decision enhances the user experience.

- User Research & Testing : Ability to conduct user research, usability studies, and apply insights to improve the overall user experience. A deep understanding of how to translate research findings into actionable design decisions.

- Prototyping & Mockups : Design high-fidelity UI mockups, prototypes, and wireframes that demonstrate how the application will look and function.

- Micro-animations & Transitions : Develop smooth and visually appealing micro-animations and transitions to improve the user experience, making the app feel interactive and intuitive.

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other designers, to create seamless user experiences from concept to execution.

- Iterative Design Process : Participate in user research, testing, and feedback to refine and enhance designs based on real user input.

- App-Specific Design : Design interfaces that are consistent with both Android and iOS platform guidelines, while maintaining creative flexibility to build distinctive and engaging user interfaces.

- Stay Updated : Keep abreast of design trends, technological advancements, and best practices in mobile UI/UX design to ensure your work is at the cutting edge of the industry.

Ideal Candidate :

NOTE : THIS IS AN IC Role in B2C Mobile Apps with a competitive salary package.

- Experience : 4 - 6 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a focus on mobile app design (iOS & Android). Proven experience in building high-quality consumer-facing apps

- Design Portfolio : A strong portfolio that showcases your design process, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and micro-animation work.

- Figma Expertise : Proficient in Figma, with hands-on experience designing user interfaces, prototypes, and micro-animations.

- Animation Skills : Solid understanding of motion design principles and experience creating micro-interactions and transitions within mobile apps.

- Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with mobile app design guidelines for both iOS and Android.

- Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present and articulate design ideas clearly to stakeholders and team members.

- Team Player : Comfortable collaborating within a cross-functional team environment, and able to take constructive feedback to iterate on design solutions.

- Passion for Design : A keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and a passion for creating delightful user experiences.

Preferred Skills :

- Understanding of the app development process and familiarity with collaboration between design and development teams.
