RESPONSIBILITIES :

Strategic Design Leadership :

- Drive the product design lifecycle, from conceptualization to final implementation, ensuring exceptional user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

- Set and maintain a long-term vision for product design that aligns with business goals and user needs.

User-Centric Design Expertise :

- Conduct advanced user research, usability testing, and market analysis to create products that exceed user expectations.

- Anticipate global user needs, particularly in international markets and cross-border financial services.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on ambitious goals and bring innovative ideas to life.

- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of creativity and excellence.

Design Systems and Standards :

- Build and scale robust design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products and platforms.

Problem Solving at Scale :

- Solve complex design challenges with a blend of creative and analytical approaches, delivering impactful solutions quickly and effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Education :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, UX Design, or a related field.

Experience :

- 6-10 years of experience in product design, demonstrated by a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered solutions and measurable impact.

- Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments, ideally in startups or fintech companies.Fintech is preferred .

Technical Skills :

- Advanced proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Suite, along with a solid understanding of interaction design and information architecture.

Soft Skills :

- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
