Description :
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineering teams to define, track, and report success metrics and product KPIs.
- Extract, transform, and analyze complex datasets (user, transaction, performance data) to uncover actionable insights.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to inform product roadmaps and backlog prioritization.
- Design and maintain data visualizations, dashboards, and performance reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Evaluate product experiments, measure impact, and provide data-backed recommendations.
- Advocate for standardized data definitions and metrics across product teams to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate findings and drive strategic, data-informed decisions.
- Continuously monitor release metrics and proactively identify areas for improvement.
Technical Skills & Qualifications :
Education :
- Bachelors degree required; Masters preferred in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Analytics, or Information Systems.
Experience :
- 5+ years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in Product Analytics, Data Analytics, or Data Science.
Technical Expertise :
- Strong command of SQL and relational database technologies.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis, statistical modeling, and automation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Familiarity with ETL processes, data modeling, and cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
Analytical Acumen :
- Ability to work with large, complex datasets and synthesize insights for diverse stakeholders.
- Experience defining product success metrics, evaluating A/B tests, and measuring user engagement.
Soft Skills :
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into business-relevant narratives.
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and storytelling abilities.
