About the Role :

We are seeking a Senior Product Analyst to drive data-informed product decisions by transforming complex datasets into clear insights and actionable recommendations.

In this role, you will partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, and Leadership to understand user behavior, evaluate product performance, and influence roadmap decisions.

This role is ideal for an analytical problem-solver who is deeply comfortable with SQL, skilled in Tableau, and passionate about using data to improve product experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze user behavior, funnels, cohorts, and retention to understand product performance.

- Identify trends, opportunities, and risks across the product lifecycle.

- Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches.

- Deliver clear insights and recommendations that influence product strategy and prioritization.

- Write complex, efficient SQL queries to extract and transform large datasets.

- Build and maintain analytical datasets and metrics definitions.

- Validate data accuracy and ensure consistency across reporting.

- Perform deep-dive analyses, including segmentation, attribution, and impact analysis.

- Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards for product metrics and KPIs.

- Create self-serve analytics tools that empower product and business teams.

- Ensure dashboards are intuitive, accurate, and aligned with business goals.

- Optimize Tableau performance and usability for large datasets.

- Partner with PMs to define success metrics for new features and experiments.

- Analyze A/B tests and experiments, including statistical significance and impact.

- Track feature adoption, engagement, and long-term outcomes post-launch.

- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams.

- Present findings in a clear, compelling way to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Influence decisions through storytelling with data and strong business context.

- Help define and standardize core product metrics (north-star, funnels, KPIs).

- Identify data gaps, instrumentation issues, and tracking improvements.

- Partner with data engineering to improve data pipelines and reliability.

Requirements :

Experience & Technical Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in product analytics, business analytics, or a similar role.

- Advanced proficiency in SQL (complex joins, window functions, CTEs).

- Strong experience building dashboards and reports in Tableau.

- Experience analyzing product usage data, events, and user behavior.

- Familiarity with data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, etc)
