Experimentation & Growth Analytics:
- Design, execute and analyse A/B tests and product experiments.
- Evaluate experiment results using appropriate statistical methodologies and provide clear recommendations.
- Analyse acquisition-to-activation and activation-to-retention journeys to identify growth opportunities.
- Work with Product and Growth teams to improve funnel efficiency and customer conversion.
- Identify opportunities for personalisation, recommendations and next-best-action experiences.
AI / ML & Advanced Analytics:
- Identify opportunities where AI/ML can improve customer journeys, product experiences and decision-making.
- Partner with Data Science/ML teams to define business problems, features, success metrics and model evaluation frameworks.
- Leverage predictive analytics for use cases such as propensity modelling, churn prediction, segmentation, recommendations, engagement and conversion.
- Evaluate model outcomes and translate complex ML outputs into actionable product recommendations.
- Explore emerging AI capabilities and identify practical applications across the B2C product ecosystem.
Data & Analytics:
- Work with Data Engineering and Technology teams to ensure data quality, availability and reliability.
- Define event tracking and analytics instrumentation requirements for new product features.
- Build and maintain analytical datasets, dashboards and reporting frameworks.
- Establish consistent definitions for critical product and business metrics.
- Develop monitoring frameworks for key product and customer metrics.
Business Impact & Strategic Insights:
- Connect product metrics with broader business outcomes such as revenue, customer acquisition, retention, engagement and profitability.
- Conduct deep-dive and ad-hoc analyses to identify business and customer trends.
- Proactively identify risks, opportunities and emerging behavioural patterns.
- Present insights to senior stakeholders in a simple, structured and action-oriented manner.
- Answer not just "What happened?", but also "Why did it happen?", "What should we do?" and "How will we measure success?"

- Working knowledge of Python/R for advanced analytics, statistical analysis or modelling.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience collaborating with Data Science/ML teams.
