As a Senior Principal Enterprise Software Test Engineer, you will lead the Verification & Validation (V&V) strategy across enterprise platforms (Desktop, Web, Mobile) within the Acute Care & Monitoring R&D organization. Youll work closely with engineering leaders, product teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable, and regulatory-compliant solutions that impact real lives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and lead enterprise test architecture & quality strategy.

- Design scalable automation frameworks (API, CI/CD, model-based).

- Drive risk-based validation across performance, cybersecurity & reliability.

- Lead AI-driven testing and advanced validation initiatives.

- Mentor senior engineers & influence global engineering teams.

- Ensure compliance with medical standards (IEC, ISO).

- Own test lab architecture & distributed execution environments.

What Were Looking For :

- 8+ years in V&V / Test Architecture.

- Strong expertise in enterprise testing frameworks & automation.

- Experience with tools like Selenium, Appium, Playwright.

- Proficiency in Java / Python / C# / C++.

- Deep knowledge of IEC 62304, ISO 14971, ISO 13485.
