Senior Principal Engineer - Generative AI

Role & responsibilities :

- Will work on end to end development of highly sophisticated Gen AI applications for firmwide integretion

- Work as an independent contributor to develop GenAI Infrastructure, tools and application

- Work with the stakeholders and mentor team members

- Mentor junior engineers and guide teams on best practices, architecture decisions, and technical problem solving.

- Stay current with advancements in GenAI, LLMs, RAG, and related fields, and proactively integrate relevant innovations into the development pipeline.

Preferred candidate profile :

- BTech / MTech from premier institutes with 9 to 17 years of strong backend experience in Python / Java/ Golang / MS Technologies

- Have atleast 2-3 years of experience in Gen AI, RAG and LLMs

- Technically strong Individual Contributors

- Strong experience on Python frameworks added advantage

- Strong communication, interpersonal, stakeholder management and mentoring skills
