Role Overview :

We are seeking a Senior Power Apps Developer with deep expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in architecting, developing, and deploying scalable low-code/no-code solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and related Microsoft technologies. This role involves full-cycle solution delivery from gathering business requirements to production deploymentwhile ensuring security, compliance, and performance best practices are met.

Key Responsibilities :

Application Development :

- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps tailored to business requirements.

- Create and integrate Custom Connectors to interface with Microsoft Dataverse, Azure services, and external APIs.

- Implement advanced UI/UX best practices within Power Apps for enhanced user adoption.

Automation & Integration :

- Develop robust workflows using Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps.

- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online, and third-party systems via REST APIs, OData, and custom scripts.

- Configure role-based security, environment governance, and compliance controls.

Data Management & Analytics :

- Design and manage Dataverse entities, data modeling, and relationships.

- Write optimized SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading.

- Build Power BI dashboards, charts, and custom reports for actionable insights.

Custom Development :

- Develop plug-ins, custom workflow activities, and JavaScript customizations within the Power Platform.

- Implement approval processes, business rules, and calculated fields in Dataverse.

Collaboration & Documentation :

- Engage with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical design specifications.

- Maintain detailed solution documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment guides.

- Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments using Git-based version control.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5 to 6 years of professional experience in Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

- Strong hands-on experience with Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Dataverse.

- Proficient in integrating Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and external systems.

- Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, OData, and XML data formats.

- Experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure AD).

- Advanced skills in Power BI report development and data modeling.

- Proficiency in SQL and relational database design.

- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management (ALM) for the Power Platform.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Microsoft Certified : Power Platform Developer Associate or higher.

- Knowledge of DevOps CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform.

- Experience in implementing solution governance and security best practices.

- Familiarity with AI Builder for intelligent automation scenarios
