Key Responsibilities :
Lead PMO technology initiatives from requirements gathering, design, development, and deployment to post-launch support. Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Power Platform & SharePoint Expertise :
- Power BI : Design and optimize advanced dashboards, reports, and datasets. Apply expert-level DAX, Power Query, and data modeling skills to deliver actionable insights.
- Power Apps : Build and enhance apps that streamline business processes, data collection, and collaboration.
- Power Automate : Develop flows to automate workflows, data processing, and notifications across enterprise systems.
- SharePoint : Manage and enhance SharePoint sites, lists, and libraries to support reporting, collaboration, and automation.
AI & Automation Integration :
- Explore and implement AI-powered tools and solutions (including machine learning models, cognitive services, or AI-enhanced analytics) to enhance reporting, predictive insights, and process automation within the PMO.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI to increase efficiency, accuracy, and business impact.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Business Analysis :
- Work closely with business users to gather requirements, document processes, and translate them into technical and AI-enabled solutions.
- Communicate project progress and recommendations to senior leadership.
Data Integration & SQL Expertise :
- Query, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources including SQL Server, cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and performance optimization for BI and AI analytics.
Governance, Documentation & Standards :
- Establish and maintain technical standards, governance frameworks, and documentation for BI, Power Platform, SharePoint, and AI/automation solutions.
Mentorship & Technical Leadership :
- Guide and mentor junior developers and PMO technical staff.
- Lead architectural discussions, review deliverables, and promote adoption of best practices.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation :
- Identify opportunities for AI, analytics, and process automation to enhance PMO operations and decision-making.
- Recommend innovative solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and insight delivery.
Skills & Experience Required :
- Strong project management and end-to-end delivery experience in PMO or enterprise technology projects.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and data integration across multiple systems.
- Demonstrated interest and experience in AI or machine learning solutions, process automation, or predictive analytics.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Must-Have Qualifications :
- 8+ years of experience in Power Platform, BI, and PMO technology solutions.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end Power Platform, SharePoint, or BI projects.
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate flows, SharePoint, and SQL-based data integration.
- Exposure to AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation solutions in a business context.
Good-to-Have Skills :
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or other cloud BI/AI platforms.
- Familiarity with other BI tools such as Tableau, Qlik, or Looker.
- Experience with Power BI Embedded, PowerShell, or ETL tools (Azure Data Factory, SSIS).
- Knowledge of data warehousing, AI integration, or predictive analytics.
- Experience in Agile/DevOps environments and leading technical teams.
