About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform & Copilot Studio Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent business applications and generative AI solutions. This role requires strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, automation workflows, conversational AI, and enterprise-grade integrations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging low-code technologies and AI to transform business processes, improve productivity, and deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect, design, and implement automation workflows using Power Automate Cloud Flows and Power Automate Desktop (PAD).

- Build and deploy Conversational AI agents with Copilot Studio, integrated with Microsoft Teams and other enterprise platforms.

- Develop scalable applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) and manage robust data models in Dataverse.

- Integrate external systems via REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and custom connectors.

- Design and implement document automation workflows (PDF/Excel parsing, summarization, intelligent routing, and storage).

- Create interactive Power BI dashboards for analytics, performance tracking, and insights.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

- Lead governance, deployment strategy, solution packaging, and environment management across enterprise departments.
