Power BI L3 Support Engineer

Location : Bengaluru (or PAN India for the right candidate).

Experience : 6+ Years

Employment Type : Full-Time.

Were looking for a Power BI L3 Support Engineer to lead the resolution of complex BI issues, optimize reporting performance, and support enterprise-scale Power BI environments.

Mandatory Skills :

- SQL Strong querying, optimization, and debugging skills.

- SSAS Tabular models & dimension modeling.

- Experience with DAX and Power Query.

- Administering Power BI workspaces & governance policies.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric dataflows/pipelines.

- Experience in ServiceNow or ITSM tools.

- Strong communication & independent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide L3 support for Power BI across the enterprise.

- Resolve performance, refresh, and query folding issues.

- Maintain data marts, datasets, and SSAS models.

- Collaborate with data engineering on root cause analysis.

- Document support processes and known issue resolutions.

- Continuously improve Power BI platform stability.
