Genpact is looking for an experienced Power BI Professional to join its growing analytics team.

The role involves designing and delivering enterprise-wide business intelligence solutions, transforming complex data into meaningful insights, and developing interactive dashboards and reports that support data-driven business decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations.

- Work extensively with Power BI, DAX, Power Query, data modeling, SQL, and ETL processes.

- Translate business requirements into scalable and impactful BI solutions.

- Develop efficient data models to support reporting and analytics requirements.

- Create complex DAX calculations, measures, KPIs, and calculated columns.

- Perform data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and preparation using Power Query and ETL processes.

- Develop dashboards that provide actionable insights and enable effective business decision-making.

- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver analytics solutions aligned with business objectives.

- Analyze complex datasets and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.

- Ensure accuracy, consistency, performance, and usability of reports and dashboards.

- Optimize existing Power BI reports, data models, and queries for improved performance.

- Work with cross-functional teams to support enterprise-wide analytics initiatives.

- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing enhancement of BI solutions.

Required Skills :

- 8 - 10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related areas.

- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI.

- Excellent knowledge of DAX and Power Query.

- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, including dimensional modeling.

- Strong SQL skills for data querying and analysis.

- Good understanding of ETL processes and data transformation.

- Experience in developing enterprise-level dashboards and interactive reports.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Experience working with large and complex datasets and delivering actionable business insights.
