Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Power Automate Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of automation workflows using Microsoft Power Platform. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring best practices in solution architecture and governance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and implementation of complex automation workflows using Power Automate.

- Develop advanced Power Apps solutions and integrate them with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Microsoft Teams, and other enterprise systems.

- Architect scalable solutions leveraging Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure services.

- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance standards for Power Platform implementations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

- Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing workflows for performance and reliability.

- Mentor and guide junior developers on best practices and technical challenges.

- Stay updated on new features and capabilities of Microsoft Power Platform and recommend adoption strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 57 years of experience in developing and managing solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Platform.

- Strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI (advanced knowledge preferred).

- Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, Office 365 connectors, and Microsoft Teams integration.

- Proficiency in Dataverse, REST APIs, and external system integrations.

- Strong understanding of solution architecture, security models, and governance frameworks.

- Knowledge of JavaScript, JSON, Power Fx, and scripting for advanced customization.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and hybrid automation strategies.

- Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and cloud-based integrations.

- Working knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and reporting frameworks.

Education :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
