Senior Platform Engineer - Microservices Architecture

Summary :

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer Platforms to help us build and strengthen scalable, resilient and cost optimized platform services for Momentive Software.

The role will work with cross-functional development teams, operations, and business stakeholders, to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient integration solutions.

Job Description :

Platform Development :

- Design and develop backend services, APIs, and frameworks that support a diverse range of

applications and systems.

System Integration :

- Build and optimize services that enable seamless integration between internal and external systems.

Performance Optimization :

- Analyze and improve system performance, reducing latency and ensuring smooth operations under high traffic.

Security And Compliance :

- Implement security best practices in platform architecture, such as authentication, encryption, and access control.

Collaboration And Innovation :

- Work closely with product managers, infrastructure engineers, and front-end teams to align platform capabilities with business goals.

Monitoring And Maintenance :

- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions to maintain service reliability.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.(Masters degree preferred.

Experience : 5+ years of experience in R&D architecture and integration.

Technical Expertise :

- Proficiency in enterprise service bus (ESB) technologies and data exchange protocols (e.g.,

REST, SOAP, XML, JSON).
