About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced PHP Fullstack Developer with expertise in modern frontend frameworks like Vue.js or React, and strong backend PHP skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building user-friendly, performant web applications, with the ability to translate UI/UX designs into interactive and scalable interfaces. This role demands hands-on development experience, strong coding skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in an agile team environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable fullstack web applications using PHP, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks (Vue.js or React).

- Convert UI/UX designs from tools like Figma into pixel-perfect, responsive HTML/CSS/JavaScript interfaces with smooth animations.

- Develop clean, efficient, and reusable code adhering to best practices and coding standards in both frontend and backend components.

- Build and consume RESTful APIs to support frontend functionalities and integrations.

- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.

- Use CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS to build modular, maintainable stylesheets.

- Implement complex frontend logic including state management, DOM manipulation, and event handling using JavaScript and frameworks.

- Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and ensure quality deliverables.

- Maintain and enhance existing websites and applications, debugging and resolving issues as needed.

- Work within agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement of team practices and processes.

- Optionally lead a small development team and oversee project deliverables (preferred but not mandatory).

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 6+ years of professional experience in fullstack PHP development.

- Strong proficiency in PHP, including solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with frontend frameworks such as Vue.js or React.

- Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS.

- Experience converting Figma or similar UI/UX designs into working web pages with animations using CSS and JavaScript.

- Knowledge of REST API design, development, and consumption.

- Experience with frontend build tools and package managers (Webpack, npm/yarn, Babel, etc.) is a plus.

- Familiarity with DOM manipulation and advanced JavaScript concepts.

- Experience working in agile/scrum teams.

- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively within a team.

- Basic understanding of project lifecycle management and software development methodologies.

- Exposure to version control systems (preferably Git).

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
