Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, and endurance tests

- Create and maintain LoadRunner scripts using VuGen

- Configure and execute test scenarios using LoadRunner Controller

- Analyze test results using LoadRunner Analysis and identify performance bottlenecks

- Define performance testing strategy, workload models, and test plans

- Identify critical business transactions and performance KPIs

- Conduct baseline, scalability, and capacity testing

- Analyze application behavior under load and provide actionable insights

- Prepare detailed performance test reports with findings and recommendations

- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for performance tuning

- Work closely with application, database, and infrastructure teams

- Support performance testing in CI/CD pipelines (where applicable)

- Participate in root cause analysis and performance optimization initiatives

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- 5- 10 years of hands-on experience in Performance Testing

- Strong expertise in LoadRunner (VuGen, Controller, Analysis) Mandatory

- Experience testing web-based, client-server, and enterprise applications

- Good understanding of performance metrics (response time, throughput, concurrency)

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with JMeter or other performance testing tools

- Knowledge of application monitoring and profiling tools

- Exposure to performance testing in cloud environments

- Basic scripting or programming knowledge

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Good communication and documentation abilities

- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
