Senior Performance Tester - JMeter/LoadRunner

We are looking for an experienced Senior Performance Tester to join our dynamic technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing and ensuring the scalability, responsiveness, and stability of enterprise applications under varying load conditions. This role requires hands-on expertise in performance testing tools, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance.

Your Future Employer :

- Conduct load, stress, spike, endurance, and scalability testing.

- Analyse test results, identify bottlenecks, and recommend performance optimizations.

- Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to enhance application performance.

- Prepare detailed performance reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

- Automate performance test scenarios where feasible and integrate into CI/CD pipelines.

- Monitor and evaluate system metrics such as CPU, memory, and response times.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in performance testing (12+ years overall IT experience).

- Proficient in tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar.

- Understanding of HTTP/S, REST/SOAP web services, and application architecture.

- Scripting knowledge and familiarity with CI/CD tools preferred.

- Excellent analytical and communication skills with a proactive approach
