About the Role:

We are hiring a Senior Performance Test Engineer JMeter & Azure.

Location: Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Gurgaon.

Work Model: Hybrid.

Experience: 6+ years.

Notice Period: Immediate 15 days.

Performance Tester (JMeter):

- Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using JMeter to simulate on-premises application loads against target cloud environments.

- Conduct pre-migration baseline performance testing of on-premises systems and post-migration performance validation in the cloud to ensure performance parity or improvement.

- Analyze performance test results to identify bottlenecks and ensure the scalability and stability of migrated applications under various load conditions.

- Collaborate with migration teams to troubleshoot performance degradation during and after cloud migration.

- Integrate performance tests into migration CI/CD pipelines to continuously monitor the performance of applications throughout the migration lifecycle.

- Experience of working in clinical healthcare environments with an understanding of Healthcare Data standards, Operational Processes and Information Governance and Compliance is added bonus.

- Experience in the testing and handling of critical clinical systems is preferred.

- Experience of working in secure Azure environments using a zero trust approach.
