Responsibilities :

- Lead performance testing efforts for web-based and enterprise-level applications, ensuring optimal system functionality under expected workloads.

- Design and develop performance test plans, scripts, and scenarios using advanced testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, Neotys).

- Collaborate with development teams to identify bottlenecks, root causes, and performance improvement strategies.

- Optimize application scalability and reliability by implementing solutions for identified issues and recurrent performance risks.

- Mentor junior team members in performance testing methodologies, best practices, and tools to foster growth and technical expertise within the team.

Requirements :

- A minimum of 10+ years of experience in performance engineering/testing across diverse technologies and platforms.

- Expertise in performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Neoload, or equivalent.

- Strong knowledge of monitoring and profiling tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics) with the ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot end-to-end performance issues.

- Hands-on experience with scripting languages and performance optimization techniques.

- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with a proven ability to work across diverse teams and stakeholders.
