What You'll Do :

- Own the design and implementation of advanced performance testing strategies for our serverless cloud management platform.

- Develop, execute, and automate performance tests using the best industry tools (JMeter, Gatling, Locust, and serverless-specific solutions).

- Deep-dive into AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, and Google Cloud Functions to analyze, monitor, and optimize performance.

- Proactively hunt down and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring our solutions remain fast, scalable, and cost-efficient.

- Build robust dashboards and metrics for real-time monitoring, leveraging AWS CloudWatch, Lambda Insights, Datadog, and more.

- Partner with development and SRE teams to seamlessly integrate performance checks into CI/CD pipelines.

What We're Looking For :

- Experience : 5+ years of hands-on performance engineering, especially with serverless architectures.

- Tools : Mastery of JMeter, Gatling, Locust, and cloud-native/serverless testing frameworks.

- Serverless Savvy : Deep knowledge of AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, and Google Cloud Functions.

- Monitoring Expert : Comfortable with AWS CloudWatch, Lambda Insights, Datadog, New Relic, or similar platforms.

- Coders Mindset : Proficiency with Python, Java, or similar scripting languages.

- Cloud Fluent : Solid grasp of AWS and cloud infrastructure best practices.

- CI/CD Knowledge : Experience integrating performance testing into modern pipelines.

- Communicator : Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and interpersonal skillsteam spirit essential!

Desirable Extras : Experience with serverless databases (DynamoDB, Aurora Serverless), containerized serverless (AWS Fargate), chaos engineering, and API performance testing.
