What Were Looking For :

Were hiring PeopleSoft Functional Consultants who have worked on implementation, upgrades, or support projects not just end-user experience. You should be hands-on with Time & Labor and Payroll modules (preferably version 9.1 or 9.2), and have worked on recent versions of PeopleSoft.

Must-Have Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years as a PeopleSoft Functional Consultant

- Strong hands-on configuration experience in Time & Labor and Payroll modules

- Must have worked on full implementation, upgrade, or enhancement projects (not just end-user/support roles)

- Good knowledge of Fusion HCM integration and how PeopleSoft connects with other systems

- Must have experience with recent versions of PeopleSoft (v9.1/9.2 preferred)

- Strong understanding of payroll processing, pay groups, work schedules, and time reporting codes

- Good experience with SQL for reporting and data validation

- Experience creating reports using PeopleSoft Query, nVision, or BI Publisher

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

- Resume must include a valid LinkedIn profile link

- Open to working in US Shift and available to join within 710 days

Key Responsibilities :

- Work directly with business users to gather and document payroll/time & labor requirements

- Configure and customize PeopleSoft Time & Labor and Payroll modules

- Work on integration with other HCM modules and external payroll systems

- Perform system testing (UAT, SIT) and end-user training

- Ensure system complies with payroll tax laws and labor regulations

- Provide post-implementation support and suggest optimizations

- Build and maintain reports for audits and business stakeholder.
