Lead Consultant PeopleSoft Developer

We are actively seeking an experienced Lead Consultant PeopleSoft Developer with deep expertise in PeopleSoft Financial Modules to join our team on a 27-week contractual engagement. This is a critical role requiring a strong functional and technical understanding of PeopleSoft Financials, as well as hands-on development experience to support and enhance enterprise-wide financial systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and execute PeopleSoft Financials development tasks, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.

- Collaborate with business analysts and functional teams to translate requirements into scalable and reliable technical solutions.

- Provide subject matter expertise in PeopleSoft Financials modules such as Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Asset Management, and Purchasing.

- Manage performance tuning, integration development, and technical troubleshooting.

- Oversee the design and implementation of customizations, reports, and interfaces.

- Support system upgrades, patches, and application maintenance activities.

- Mentor junior developers and guide the team on best practices for PeopleSoft development.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 8+ years of experience in PeopleSoft development, with a focus on Financial modules.

- Strong knowledge of PeopleTools, Application Engine, SQR, PeopleCode, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker.

- Experience with version control tools and project lifecycle methodologies.

- Ability to analyze and debug complex issues across custom and delivered functionality.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage with technical and business stakeholders.
