Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Pega Developer with strong expertise in Pega PRPC 8.x and Pega frameworks. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Pega upgrades, integrations, performance tuning, and Pega platform tools, along with strong database skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Pega PRPC 8.x and Pega frameworks

- Lead and support Pega upgrades, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal downtime

- Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other Pega connectors

- Perform performance analysis and tuning using Pega performance tools

- Develop and optimize Pega rules, workflows, and case management solutions

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Pega best practices and standards

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and performance issues

- Support deployment, release management, and post-production activities

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5 - 8 years of hands-on experience with Pega PRPC (8.x versions)

- Strong expertise in Pega frameworks and application development

- In-depth knowledge of Pega upgrades, integrations, and performance management

- Experience with Pega tools such as Tracer, PAL, SMA, and Clipboard

- Strong understanding of case management, UI, and data modeling in Pega

- Advanced knowledge of Oracle/SQL for database interactions and performance optimization

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications :

- Pega certifications (CSA, CSSA, or CLSA)

- Experience working in enterprise-scale Pega implementations

- Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD for Pega

- Experience with cloud-based Pega deployments
