- We are seeking an experienced Oracle PLSQL Developer with strong expertise in PLSQL query development, Java programming, and core banking modules.

- The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Flexcube, Finacle, or T24, and be capable of designing, developing, and maintaining banking applications that meet business and regulatory requirements.

- This role requires a combination of technical excellence, banking domain knowledge, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and optimize Oracle PLSQL queries, stored procedures, packages, and functions for banking applications.

- Provide Java development expertise for integration, automation, and enhancement of core banking applications.

- Work on core banking modules (CBS) such as Flexcube, Finacle, or T24, understanding their workflows, processes, and transaction handling.

- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.

- Perform data analysis, validation, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance in core banking systems.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical and functional issues in production and development environments.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and documentation guidelines.

- Participate in unit testing, system testing, and support UAT for banking applications.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, sharing knowledge on PLSQL, Java, and CBS modules.

Technical Skills Required :

- Strong expertise in Oracle PLSQL : writing complex queries, stored procedures, triggers, and packages.

- Mandatory hands-on experience in Java development for banking application integration and automation.

- Working experience in core banking systems : Flexcube, Finacle, or T24 (mandatory).

- Strong understanding of banking operations, CBS workflows, and transaction processing.

- Knowledge of database performance tuning, optimization, and data migration.

- Familiarity with ETL processes, reporting, and database management tools.

- Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN) and software development lifecycle processes.

- Excellent communication skills to work with business, compliance, and technical teams.
