Data and Reporting Integrity :

- Utilize SQL and potentially Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI/OTBI) to perform complex data querying, analysis, and validation for auditing, month-end closing, and regulatory reporting.

- Support advanced data migration and conversion activities (e.g., initial data load, large-scale changes) using tools like HDL (HCM Data Loader), ensuring data consistency and fidelity.
