Senior Oracle Integration Cloud Developer/Architect - HCM/FIN/FDMEE Modules

Job Summary :

We are looking for a Senior Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Resource with 1015 years of total experience, including strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BIP/OTBI, and Fusion Cloud (FIN / HCM / SCM) modules. The candidate should be capable of leading integration design, solution architecture, and end-to-end delivery of complex Oracle Cloud integration projects for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

- Define integration architecture, strategy, and best practices for Oracle Cloud and on-premise applications.

- Develop and maintain real-time and batch integrations using REST, SOAP, File, FTP, ERP, and HCM adapters.

- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather integration requirements.

- Design and implement robust error handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms in OIC.

- Oversee the development of BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI reports for reporting needs.

- Guide data migration activities using FBDI, HDL, and Web Services.

- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and ensure adherence to Oracle best practices.

- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to OIC development teams.

- Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, testing, and change management activities.

Required Skills and Experience:

- 1015 years of total IT experience, with minimum 5+ years in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

- Strong hands-on experience in:

- Integration development using OIC (REST/SOAP, ERP/HCM/Database adapters)

- BI Publisher / OTBI report development

- Fusion Cloud integration patterns (FIN / HCM / SCM modules)

- PL/SQL, XML, XSLT, and JSON data handling

- Strong knowledge of Fusion Cloud architecture and data models.

- Experience with HDL, FBDI, HCM Extracts, and Web Services integrations.

- Expertise in error handling, scheduling, and monitoring of integrations.

- Proven experience in leading technical teams and solution design discussions.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
