Senior Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant

We are looking for a HCM Techno-functional consultant for the role of an SME position who can take care of the ongoing implementation and way forward.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Absence, Compensation)

- Perform hands-on configuration, fast formulas, flexfields, security roles, OTBI & BI Publisher reports

- Collaborate with HR, Payroll & Business Leaders to optimize HR processes and deliver strategic solutions

- Provide L3 production support, manage Oracle SRs, and stay ahead with quarterly releases

- Ensure data integrity & security while enabling business transformation

Qualifications & Skills :

- 5-7+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience

- At least 3-5 full-cycle implementations completed

- Strong expertise in Payroll Cloud, HDL, Fast Formulas, OTBI & BI Publisher

- Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving & communication skills
