We are looking for a Senior Oracle HCM Specialist to lead the operational performance, optimization, and stability of Oracle HCM modules across a global HR environment. This role requires strong functional expertise, hands-on configuration skills, and the ability to support, enhance, and innovate HR systems.
You will collaborate closely with regional HR teams, HR Shared Services, and technology partners to ensure smooth implementation, continuous improvement, and scalable operation of Oracle HCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Functional Expertise :
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Benefits, Talent, Performance, and Recruiting.
- Guide stakeholders on best practices, resolve functional issues, and ensure efficient module utilization.
Support & Maintenance :
- Provide Level 1 & 2 application support to troubleshoot and resolve user issues.
- Ensure seamless system performance, data accuracy, and minimal downtime.
- Drive optimization and automation of HR processes and daily operational tasks.
Reporting & Analytics :
- Build and maintain reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, and other reporting tools.
- Analyze HR data, generate insights, and support decision-making through custom dashboards and reports.
Integrations :
- Work with integration tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Understand integration requirements and create mappings between HCM and payroll/other systems.
Operational & Governance :
- Conduct system audits to ensure data consistency across regions.
- Maintain documentation including SOPs, change management records, and process guides.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and recommend new technologies.
Projects & Collaboration :
- Support implementation, UAT, rollout, and strategy for HR systems.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, HR SMEs, and technology vendors.
- Build strong relationships with global HR functions and support continuous improvement initiatives.
People & Leadership :
- Coordinate workflows across teams and guide junior team members.
- Foster collaboration, resolve conflicts, and support stakeholders in achieving business outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong functional expertise across Core HR, Payroll, Talent, and Self-Service modules.
- Hands-on experience with configuration, implementation, and support of Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Knowledge of integration tools (preferably OIC) and ability to map HR data across systems.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best-practice workflows.
- Proficient in OTBI and BI Publisher - including unions, custom reports, and analytics.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritize across multiple tasks.
