Implementation & Configuration :
- Provide post-implementation support to resolve functional issues and ensure smooth operations.
Integration Management :
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Fusion Payroll implementation and support.
- Strong knowledge of Payroll configuration, fast formulas, balance definitions, costing, and element setup.
- Familiarity with global payroll compliance, taxation, and statutory reporting.
- Proven experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and client interaction.
- Advanced troubleshooting and analytical abilities to identify and resolve system issues.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Oracle Certification in HCM or Payroll will be an added advantage
