About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with deep expertise in the Oracle Learning Cloud module.

In this role, you will be a key contributor to our Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation projects, working directly with our global Retail and Manufacturing clients to design, configure, and deploy transformative HCM solutions.

The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert who can leverage the full power of the Oracle Learning Cloud, including its latest Redwood, Journey, and AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Oracle Learning Cloud module for enterprise clients.

- Conduct business process analysis and translate client requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion configurations.

- Configure and demonstrate deep expertise in Oracle Learning Cloud, including the Redwood user experience, Journeys, and Adaptive Intelligence (AI) features.

- Design and implement out-of-the-box (OOTB) integrations between Learning and other HCM modules or third-party systems.

- Develop and customize reports and analytics using OTBI, BI Publisher, and dashboards.

- Define and manage HCM security roles, data access, and compliance requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing expertise on the interdependencies between Learning, Talent Management, and Core HR modules.

- Guide clients through the full project lifecycle, adhering to both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.

Required Qualifications & Experience :

- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation projects.

- Must have participated in at least 2-3 full-lifecycle projects with a primary focus on the Oracle Learning Cloud module.

- Proven, deep functional knowledge of Oracle Learning Cloud configurations, including Redwood UI, Journeys, and AI features.

- Strong understanding of OOTB Learning integrations, HCM security, reporting (OTBI/BI Publisher), and their underlying data models.

- Working knowledge of Oracle Talent Management and Core HR modules.

- Demonstrable experience working with clients in the Retail and/or Manufacturing industries.

- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
