HCM Cloud Technical Consultant (Senior Consultant / Principal Consultant)

Experience Required :

- Minimum : 4 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion/Cloud HCM

- Overall IT Experience : 6+ years

- Relevant Technical Experience : 5+ years in SQL, PL/SQL, and HCM Cloud technical development

Key Skills & Expertise :

Data Migration :

- Expertise in Fusion FBDI, HDL, HSDL, ADFDI for HCM modules

Reporting :

- BI Publisher (BIP) Reports

- OTBI Reports

HCM Extracts & Fast Formula :

- Strong experience in creating and managing HCM Extracts

- Writing and troubleshooting Fast Formulas

Other Technical Skills :

- SQL, PL/SQL development

- Designing, developing, documenting, and testing technical solutions

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Work as a technical consultant for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and support projects

- Perform data conversion and migration activities using FBDI, HDL, HSDL, and ADFDI templates

- Develop and maintain BI Publisher and OTBI reports for HCM modules

- Create and manage HCM Extracts and Fast Formulas for payroll, benefits, and other HCM processes

- Collaborate with functional teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions

- Ensure proper documentation, testing, and deployment of technical components

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation and post-go-live support
