- Participate in daily standup /evaluate urgent Production issues and recommend course of action
- Be familiar with the agile methodology and participate in agile sessions as need
- Demonstrate the ability to adapt and work with team members of various experience level.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and testing of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, focusing on Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management.
- Should have experience in creating 401k Plan in payroll.
- Review Oracle Fusion quarterly technical updates, understand, maps to the business needs.
- Prepare Technical Documentation including design documents, technical specifications and user guides
- Be comfortable working in an atmosphere of continual learning and process improvement.
- Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
REQUIRED SKILLS :
- Fluency in English
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud through a full lifecycle project
Minimum Qualifications :
- 10+ years implementing Oracle HCM Saas solutions (Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management.)
- Excellent communication skills to work with agile team
- Candidate is expected to be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Candidate should have strong understanding on the US Payroll functionality
- Ability to understand and configure Security & Approval Matrix, Document Of Records, Area Of responsibilities and Profiles setup.
- Candidate should have good understanding on the Integrations.
- Good to have Redwood Migration experience.
- Ability to develop OOB solutions for the GAP requirements
