We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant with strong techno-functional expertise to design, develop, and manage HCM BI and OTBI reports, dashboards, and data integrations.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership in solution delivery, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring seamless execution across Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design and development of secured HCM BI and OTBI reports/dashboards.
- Build and maintain HCM Extracts, ETL Jobs, and Fast Formulas.
- Manage data uploads using HDL/HSDL templates and ensure data accuracy.
- Oversee HCM security roles, workflows, and customizations for business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze issues and propose optimal solutions.
- Review, test, document, and migrate objects through all project stages.
- Mentor junior team members and review deliverables for quality and compliance.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to automation or optimization initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Applications.
- Proven expertise in HCM BI Publisher and OTBI report development.
- Experience with HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, ETL processes, and Fast Formulas.
- Strong understanding of HCM roles, security setup, and workflow customization.
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and documentation skills.
- Effective communication skills with business and technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of customization tools (e.g., Visual Builder, HCM Data Loader extensions) is an advantage
