Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant with deep hands-on expertise across technical development and Fusion Analytics.

This hybrid role is critical to delivering robust Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions while enabling actionable business insights through data and reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

- Understand clients current processes and recommend future-state technical solutions.

- Participate in requirement gathering and align business needs with best-practice technical implementations.

- Design and support integrations and extensions using OIC, VBCS, APEX, PCS, SQL, PL/SQL.

- Work with RICEW components, BI Publisher, ICS, Workflow Customization, and Form Personalization.

- Develop integration components using FBDI, REST API, SOAP Web Services, and ERP Adapters.

- Design and deliver reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, and FRS across modules like Finance, HCM, Projects, Procurement, and BPM.

- Lead FAW dashboard/report/KPI development and manage data modeling and pipeline optimization.

- Translate business requirements into analytics/reporting solutions.

- Use Sandbox tools (Page Composer, Application Composer, Groovy scripting).

- Manage data migrations using FBDI, AHDI, Spreadsheet Loaders.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with infra and BI teams to improve adoption and performance.

- Act as SME on Fusion technical architecture and analytics tools.

- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and performance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud.

- Strong experience in :

1. APEX, VBCS, VB.

2. Net/. Net, Node JS.

3. OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, PL/SQL, BI Publisher.

4. SQL, PL SQL, SQL Loader, Java, JavaScript, Redwood.

5. BI Publisher, OTBI, FRS, Smart View, FAW (KPIs, semantic layer, data models).

- Preferably, familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

- Solid understanding of Fusion data structures across Finance, Procurement, Projects, and HCM.

- Proven skills in troubleshooting, tuning, and optimization.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Oracle Certified in Fusion or Analytics Cloud.

- Experience in Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.

- Strong knowledge of ETL, DWH concepts, FAW extensibility.

- Experience in real-time analytics or hybrid coexistence with on-prem systems.
