Role Overview :
- Lead L2/L3 Production Support for the full suite of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor (OTL), Talent Management, and Compensation.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex functional issues reported by end-users in a timely manner.
- Manage the process of logging, escalating, and resolving issues by working with Oracle SRs (Service Requests) as necessary.
- Monitor critical daily jobs, integrations, and interfaces to proactively ensure smooth and uninterrupted system operations.
- Take ownership of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and implement sustainable, permanent fixes to prevent future occurrences.
Enhancements & Change Requests :
- Collaborate closely with HR and Business teams to gather, document, and analyze requirements for system enhancements, new features, and changes.
- Configure and implement required changes within Oracle Fusion HCM, demonstrating expertise in areas such as :
- Developing and updating fast formulas.
- Managing lookups and value sets.
- Configuring workflows and approvals.
- Updating and maintaining security roles and Area of Responsibilities (AORs).
- Manage the full lifecycle of change requests from initial concept through testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and final production deployment.
Required Qualifications and Skills :
Experience :
- Proven track record as a Senior Consultant supporting Oracle Fusion HCM in a production environment.
Functional Expertise :
- Deep, hands-on functional knowledge across multiple Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, OTL, Talent, Compensation).
Support & Troubleshooting :
- Expert ability to diagnose, analyze, and resolve complex application issues and experience managing high-priority production incidents.
Configuration Skills :
- Strong proficiency in configuring Oracle Fusion HCM, particularly with fast formulas, security, and workflow modifications.
Communication :
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to effectively translate business needs into technical solutions and vice-versa.
Independent Work Ethic :
- Highly self-motivated and capable of working effectively in a remote capacity with minimal supervision.
