Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly experienced Oracle Hyperion / Oracle EPM Planning Consultant with strong expertise in management reporting cubes and allocation models (not budgeting or forecasting).

The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with Oracle Hyperion Planning (On-Prem or EPM Cloud), strong calculation and allocation logic skills, and the ability to work closely with Finance and Reporting stakeholders in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Administer and support Oracle Hyperion Planning / EPM Cloud Planning applications focused on management reporting and allocation models

- Design, develop, and maintain allocation logic, calculation scripts, and business rules using Calculation Manager and Groovy (where applicable)

- Develop and manage data forms, task lists, validations, and reporting structures

- Handle Data Management / Data Integration (FDMEE) including mappings, data loads, lineage, and metadata management

- Manage dimensions, hierarchies, and metadata across Planning applications

- Configure and support Smart View, including templates, reporting workflows, and ad-hoc analysis for business users

- Perform security administration, role management, and user provisioning

- Execute LCM migrations, environment refreshes, and release management activities

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance and data processing

- Work closely with Finance, Accounting, and Reporting teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions

- Support scheduled jobs, batch processing, and automation using Oracle Data Management and Scheduler

- Provide end-user support, documentation, and best practice guidance

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10+ years of overall experience in Oracle EPM / Hyperion technologies

- 3+ years of hands-on experience administering Oracle Hyperion Planning (On-Prem or EPM Cloud)

Strong expertise in :

- Calculation Manager & complex allocation logic

- Groovy scripting (preferred)

- Data forms, validations, task lists

- In-depth knowledge of Data Management / FDMEE, including mappings and lineage

- Strong experience with Smart View configuration and user support

- Hands-on experience with security roles, LCM migrations, and environment management

- Excellent troubleshooting and performance tuning skills

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query and Macros

- Experience working with Oracle Data Management and Scheduler

- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with Finance and business stakeholders

Nice to Have :

- Experience with large enterprise or complex financial reporting environments

- Exposure to Oracle OCI-based EPM implementations

- Prior experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) engagements

- Financial systems or accounting domain knowledge
