Level : EPCM Senior Consultant

As a Senior Consultant, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale Oracle EPCM solutions. You will lead the creation of robust data pipelines, manage deployments across environments, and collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into high-quality technical deliverables. The role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key delivery metrics, while independently mentoring junior team members.

Work Youll Do :

- Lead the design and development of Oracle EPCM applications

- Build allocation rules and custom calculations and develop business rules using Groovy

- Architect and implement data integration processes from multiple source systems

- Design and develop customized reports and dashboards to visualize profitability and cost trends

- Provide actionable insights to business and finance stakeholders

- Deliver end-user training on EPCM functionalities, including data entry, reporting, and analysis

- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform stability

- Support all project phasesfrom requirements gathering through Hypercare

- Mentor junior consultants and ensure adherence to technical best practices

Qualifications :

Must-Have Skills / Project Experience :

- 8+ years of hands-on experience implementing Oracle EPCM / PCMCS solutions

- Expertise in designing and developing allocation rules, data models, and workflows

- Strong experience building data integration processes using Data Management (Oracle Fusion GL and other EPM sources)

- Advanced skills in allocation logic and custom calculations within EPCM

- Strong proficiency in developing business rules using Groovy

- Experience designing custom reports and dashboards using EPCM reporting tools

- Ability to develop and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and financial models for cost analysis

- Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and integration across Oracle EPM modules (FCCS, PBCS, etc.)

- Experience utilizing the EPCM Agent

- Proficiency with foundational Gen AI tools and integrated features, including IPM Insights

- Demonstrated experience in delivering end-user training

- Proven ability to monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply updates

- End-to-end project exposure from requirement gathering to Hypercare

- Ability to work independently with guidance from leads and mentor junior team members

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Advanced problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities

- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams

- Prior experience with any financial planning or cost allocation tools

Education :

- B.Tech or equivalent from an accredited university
