Senior Oracle EBS/Cloud Finance Techno-Functional Consultant

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS / Cloud Finance Techno-Functional Senior Consultant to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Oracle R12 E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud Financial applications, with a blend of technical and functional capabilities.

Initially, this will be an Individual Contributor (IC) role, with the opportunity to transition into a Team Lead position after 56 months based on performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide end-to-end support for Oracle EBS (R12) or Oracle Cloud Financial modules GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and SLA.

- Analyze business requirements and design effective functional and technical solutions.

- Develop and maintain RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).

- Support integration, data migration, and automation initiatives.

- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure timely resolution.

- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality implementations.

- Prepare technical documentation, test plans, and user guides.

Requirements :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

- 5- 10 years of experience with Oracle R12 EBS or Oracle Cloud Applications.

- Strong expertise in Oracle Financial Modules and good understanding of financial processes.

- Proficiency in SQL / PL-SQL, BI Publisher, and related Oracle tools.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Detail-oriented, proactive, and a self-starter.

- Preference for candidates with a stable career track record (no job hoppers).
