Senior Oracle CPQ Developer

Key Responsibilities :

- Participate in end-to-end delivery of Oracle CPQ implementation and enhancement projects.

- Apply critical thinking to bring structure and clarity to unstructured business problems.

- Analyze industry trends and leverage tools/techniques to derive meaningful insights.

- Ensure accuracy, quality, and relevance of your own work and peer deliverables.

- Communicate clearly and influence stakeholders using structured communication.

- Build strong working relationships by adapting your communication style to various stakeholders.

- Provide coaching and delegate tasks to team members to drive capability development.

- Work effectively within an OnshoreOffshore model and collaborate with global teams.

- Interact directly with clients to understand requirements, clarify issues, and propose solutions.

Skills :

- Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and CRM-to-ERP business processes.

- Expertise in Oracle CPQ functional components : Product Configuration, Rules, Commerce Processes Pricing setup, Price Books, BOM Document Designer & Reports Advanced experience with BML queries, formulas, and dynamic functionalities.

- Hands-on experience with ATO/PTO model configurations and ERP fulfillment integrations.

- Experience integrating CPQ with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle Sales Cloud, etc.

- Good understanding of ABO (Asset-Based Ordering) functionality.

- Minimum 2 full-cycle Oracle CPQ implementations.

- Experience in HTML, XML, Java, JavaScript, JSON, AJAX, SOAP based Web-services

- Ability to understand BML and write codes in BML inside CPQ for complex requirements from Customer Document Designer with XSL snippets

- Ability to install and modify ABO packages

- Develop Web-service integration with ERP systems as well as CRM systems

- Integration experience with SalesForce Technical Designing, Design document and Spec creation.
